Wild times led with intention, care, and presence

I love to facilitate therapeutic wilderness retreats where I help people take a break from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with who they really are.

Hannah was amazing at creating a safe, non-judgemental space for us all. Her gentle guidance provided the perfect opportunity for self-reflection.

Creating Transformative Spaces for Group Healing

Out in nature, away from phones, schedules, and pressure, participants get space to breathe, reflect, and remember what matters to them. I guide people back to a clearer sense of self through a stronger connection to the world around them, using simple practices like hiking, group workshops, and quiet time outdoors.

Why me?

Being a trained therapist helps me show up for people in a deeper, more grounded way during a retreat.

When someone’s struggling or feeling overwhelmed, I know how to support them without rushing or fixing, just really being there and helping them work through it.

My training helps me notice what might be going on beneath the surface and gently guide people toward insight and healing.

It means that a retreat led by me isn’t just a break from everyday life. it becomes a space where real change can happen, because people feel seen, safe, and supported.
